you need payoneer prepaid master card to transfer money ., 
or for online shoping . just go to payoneer.com and
click on signup there you will go to a short form 
you have to give your personal information , like your
complete name address and other information , give the 
information as it is  written on your National ID card
so that you will not face any problem during your verification.

 
 you will have to upload a copy of your id card , and
keep in touch with your email inbox. payoneer will send you 
email that when you will get your card., mostly you will get
 card in one mounth.
