how to download video from youtube without idm

IDM is not responding some time ...and due to  restriction in some country ., you cannot download video from youtube ., idm do not pick video file ., 

now you can download videos without idm..

 step1:
go to clipconverter.cc 

step2:
you will go to page as you seen above

 step3:
enter youtube video url in media url ..as enter in above pic

step4:
then select the format of video you want to download ..as in pic it is selected as MP4

 step5:
then click on start ...and you go to download page and then click 
download..

also uncheck to download video with clipconverter downloader
